FORMING TECHNOLOGY

Thanks to our extensive experience, we have succeeded in developing forming collars for the most diverse needs to create the following packages: stick packs with longitudinal, central and lateral seals, and sachets with seals on three sides.

SEALING AND CUTTING UNITS

All the sealing and cutting units are independent, removable, easily accessible to the operator and adjustable without the aid of mechanical tools, for easy cleaning and format changeover. The blades, which cut the packs horizontally, work independently and separately from the horizontal sealing unit, so as to make the cut when the film is already cold.

BRUSHLESS MOTORS

The junior stick machine is completely electronic; the horizontal sealing unit is equipped with an independent brushless motor, so that the stick format length can be automatically adjusted through the operator panel.

CODING SYSTEMS

It is possible to install any type of ink-jet, laser, thermal-transfer and thermal ink-jet marker.

FILM

OMAG packaging machines can work with any type of wrapping: coupled, eco-friendly and recyclable.

OPTIONAL DEVICES
