DOSING SYSTEMS

Thanks to its extreme accessibility and ergonomics, the C3 packaging machine can be fitted with one or more dosing systems to be used alternately. Precision and reliability are always guaranteed.

EXTREME ACCESSBILITY & EASY CLEANING

Access to C3 equipment is amazingly easy since it is provided with a series of assembly/disassembly-assisted system such as filler, sealing and reel lifting groups. Consequently accurate and user-friendly design allows operator and MTN technician to get access to any part and component without any difficulty so to implement easily and cleaning, parts replacement and control procedures.

ROLLER TYPE SEALING UNIT

The machine can keep the sealing plates perfectly aligned thanks to its independent support system, on each row, ensuring maximum stability at all times and a long-lasting tightness. The pressure and temperature of the plates can be adjusted independently on each row.

BRUSHLESS MOTORS

A fully electronic packaging machine in which the sealing and cutting units are equipped with independent brushless motors. These motors allow to control the sealing pressure by setting a torque value, while also guaranteeing a constantly accurate movement, ensuring extremely silent operation of the packaging machine and drastically reducing the compressed air consumption.

CODING SYSTEMS

It is possible to install any type of ink-jet, laser, thermal-transfer and thermal ink-jet marker.

FILM

OMAG packaging machines can work with any type of wrapping: coupled, eco-friendly and recyclable.

OPTIONAL DEVICES

All packaging machines can be integrated with product pre-feeding units, assisted systems for assembling/dismantling the dosing units, statistical or dynamic weight check systems aligned with the feedback signal, vision check systems, inert gas introduction systems, CIP (Clean in Place) systems, counting and secondary packaging units.
